ONE YEAR WARRANTY

We take our product quality very seriously. We are extremely thorough in our quality checks during the manufacturing, packing and shipping of all BlingSutra jewellery so it is very rare that any customer would experience any issue with our jewellery. But just in a rare case that you face any issues, we offer a one year warranty on all our products counted from the date of purchase.

Under this warranty if there is any issue with the products we will:

  1. Get it repaired if it's a minor issue
  2. Replace the defective product with a new product if it can't be repaired
  3. Offer you store credit for the amount you had paid to purchase the item, if we've discontinued the design or it's not in stock.

This warranty covers :

  • Loss of color or polish.
  • Any kind of breakage that is not because of any mishandling of the product.
  • Any manufacturing defect.
  • While we really want to be generous and fair to our customers, we have seen some misuse of this policy whereby people have used the products and then returned them to claim their money back. So to prevent any such misuse, this warranty is not a money-back guarantee. You will either get the products repaired, replaced or store credit as mentioned above.

Terms and conditions for the validity of warranty

  • The jewellery has been maintained properly as per the "Jewellery Care" instruction card given with jewellery.
  • There has not been any intentional or unintentional mishandling with the product after it was received, till the validity of the warranty.
  • The customer would need to arrange to send the products to our office.
  • Any claim would be processed only after the products have been received and inspected by our office. The customer will also have to pay the shipping fee of sending the repaired/replaced items back.
  • Before the claim is processed we will inspect the returned products and if we see any evidence of mishandling with the products, the claims will not be processed. Claims are processed only once.
  • The claim should be raised and the products should reach our office within the validity of warranty period.
  • Note : 1 year Warranty  only cover Stone & Mechanism of product.(Broken Lock or fallen crystal). For Polish We’ve sent Jewelery Care Instructions along with your Order, just follow them if you want your Jewelery Shine last longer.
  • Warranty can be availed only once on the product.

18K Gold Plating With Thickened Polish

The reason why BlingSutra jewellery retains it's shine for years is the high quality 18K gold plating that is done using state of the art electromagnetic plating techniques. It is then finished with a thickened polish that locks in the shine for years to come. 

 

Venetian Pearls & Austrian Crystals

We use only the top quality raw materials in the manufacturing of our jewellery. The crystals used in BlingSutra jewellery are top quality AAA Austrian Crystals. Similarly the pearls used in our jewellery are venetian pearls, cultured pearls, or high quality shell pearls. The stones used in our modern jewellery are high quality faux cat eye, opal, ruby & other stones.

 

Advanced 360 Grinding

The BlingSutra signature jewellery goes through an advanced process of 360 degree grinding that ensures that BlingSutra jewellery looks smooth and well finished from all angles. Even if you look at our jewellery from the back, it'll have a quality shine and finished surface. This ensures that the jewellery is well protected from the elements and there are no problems of rusting or cracking of polish.

  

High Quality Alloy

All BlingSutra products are manufactured with high quality alloy that is free of any harmful elements. So there's no lead, nickel or cadmium in our jewellery. We want to make sure that BlingSutra jewellery only gives you happy memories.


Exchange Policy

We take a lot of care to check each and every piece before packing and shipping them to you, so that you don't have to worry about anything. But we understand that sometime you want to change your mind or there might be some issues like sizing that you can only find out after receiving the products. So to cover for those cases we offer an easy exchange process. To avail this benefit, please note the following points:

  • Send us the photo of the item within 24 hours of receiving the parcel on email support@BlingSutra.com. Any issues related to defect/damages/sizing must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the items; else they shall not be entertained.
  • Items must be kept unused and with all the original packing.
  • You can choose to exchange the item or receive store credit for future purchases that will be valid for 1 year only. Exchange will not be allowed for items on clearance sale, flash deals, festive offers or any other discount offers.
  • As soon as you notify us we will initiate the exchange process and guide you through the hassle free process.

 NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for our customised jewellery. Because it’s customer specific, it’s completely non returnable

Our exchange policy is valid for 24 hours after you receive the product. To avoid any misuse of this policy, any cases of late notification or any unreasonable demand will be handled on company's discretion and we reserve the right to not process those returns.

 

Only for the first exchange we cover the shipping. For any subsequent exchanges on same order, customer will have to follow the following steps:

  • Inform the customer care on email support@BlingSutra.com within 24 hours of receiving the items.
  • Send the product back to our office at their own expense to our office address within 5 working days and share the courier receipt photo with us so that we can track the order. The return address will be provided by the customer care staff
  • The item should be in its original packing with all tags and coupons
  • The next exchange order will be processed by us only after we receive back the items in due time frame, with all the original packing (the outer plastic cover not needed) and in intact/undamaged form.
  • Customer can choose to exchange the item or receive store credit for future purchases that will be valid for 1 year only. Exchange will not be allowed for items on clearance sale, flash deals, festive offers or any other discount offers
  • A shipping fee of Rs.100 will be applied on all subsequent exchanges.

 

Exchanges are a goodwill gesture on our part and not a compulsion, so please be patient since there can be a slight delay in processing the exchange during festive and holiday season or due to the non-availability of the specific product.

 

Specific details of the products like color, raw material, size and other details are mentioned with every product. We write it in a very easy to read manner and we encourage all our customers to read it before placing their order. However, if there is still a sizing issue on receiving the product, we will process the exchange with the same or any other design of your choice. It should be noted that sizes and colors of the products cannot be customized.

 

Items can only be returned in exchange for other items or store credit. We don't offer refunds. We will send you the exchanged item or store credit as soon as your returned product is received by us. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Only one exchange per order can be availed. The original buyer of the items must raise Exchange request within 24 hours of receiving the package. No extra discounts can be availed on exchange products. The store credits must be used in one order.

Items can only be picked up from the same country in which they were received. Only for the first exchange the shipping is covered by us. For any subsequent exchanges on same order, customer will have to pay the shipping fee for both return and new product delivery. 

In cases of gifts, the original purchaser or the product can only initiate any returns or exchanges.
